Indications:
Nervosité et troubles du sommeil (difficultés à s'endormir).
Posologie:
3 fois par jour 20 gouttes, de préférence une demi-heure avant les repas et diluées dans un peu d'eau.
Maintenir quelque temps en bouche et ensuite avaler.
Au besoin, vous pouvez prendre 20 gouttes supplémentaires tout juste avant d'aller vous coucher.
Enfants de 6 à 12 ans: 3 fois par jour 10 gouttes.
Existe aussi en flacon de 100ml.
Composition:
Avena sativa (avoine cultivée) 97,9 %, Panax ginseng (ginseng) D3 2,0 %, Ignatia amara (fève de Saint-Ignace) D3 0,1 %. Teneur en alcool ca.50 % v/v.
